Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) E+W+S

7 (1) Section 7 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (definition of “secondary contributor”) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (2), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “ Treasury ”.

(3) After that subsection there is inserted—

“(3) Regulations under any provision of this section shall be made by the Treasury.”
