7(1)Section 7 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (definition of “secondary contributor”) is amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (2), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “ Treasury ”.
(3)After that subsection there is inserted—
“(3)Regulations under any provision of this section shall be made by the Treasury.”
