Functions of Comptroller under s. 9 of the National Audit Act 1983 U.K.

6 (1) The power of the Comptroller and Auditor General to make reports to the House of Commons under section 9 of the M1 National Audit Act 1983 includes power, in relation to any examination of the Agency under section 6 of that Act, to make reports to any of the other relevant bodies. U.K.

(2) If the Comptroller and Auditor General makes a report to one or more of the relevant bodies under section 9 of that Act in relation to such an examination, he shall lay a copy of the report before each of the other relevant bodies.
