Greater London Authority Act 1999, Cross Heading: Disposal of land held by public bodies is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. 44(1)In section 99 of the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (directions to dispose of land — supplementary) in subsection (4), after paragraph (dc) there shall be inserted—U.K.
“(dcc)the Metropolitan Police Authority;”.
(2)In Schedule 16 to the M2Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (bodies to whom provisions of Part X relating to registration of land apply) after paragraph 5C there shall be inserted—
“5CC The Metropolitan Police Authority.”
