44U.K.In section 38 of the M1Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (minor definitions) in the definition of “local authority” after “a joint authority established by Part IV of the M2Local Government Act 1985” there shall be inserted “ and the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
