66U.K.In section 3(3)(b) of the M1London Hydraulic Power Act 1977 (which requires the Company to give notice of intention to use a new pipeline to the London Fire and Civil Defence Authority) for “London Fire and Civil Defence Authority” there shall be substituted “ London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
