Greater London Authority Act 1999, Cross Heading: The Mayor’s first draft is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
2(1)The Mayor shall prepare a draft of his proposals for the substitute calculations (“the first draft”).E+W+S
(2)Before finally determining the contents of the first draft, the Mayor shall consult—
(a)the Assembly; and
(b)each of the functional bodies affected by the proposals.
(3)The Mayor shall—
(a)lay the first draft before the Assembly in accordance with standing orders of the Authority; and
(b)publish it in such manner as he may determine.
