General functions of the Assembly E+W+S

60 Proposals to the Mayor. E+W+S

(1) Where the Assembly decides to do so, the Assembly may submit a proposal to the Mayor.

(2) Section 54 above shall not apply in relation to the function of the Assembly under subsection (1) above.
