4(1)An application to discharge or vary an account monitoring order may be made to the court by—U.K.
(a)the person who applied for the order;
(b)any person affected by the order.
(2)If the application for the account monitoring order was made by a police officer, an application to discharge or vary the order may be made by a different police officer.
(3)The court—
(a)may discharge the order;
(b)may vary the order.]
