Transport Act 2000, Cross Heading: Transfer schemes is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 04 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
1(1)The Secretary of State may make one or more schemes for the transfer to him of any property, rights and liabilities of the Board, other than the property, rights and liabilities relating to the transport police transferred under Schedule 18.E+W+S
(2)In this Schedule “transfer scheme” means a scheme under this paragraph.
