Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, Cross Heading: Notification of Commission regulations is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
21(1)If the Commission make any regulations, they must give a copy to the Secretary of State without delay.U.K.
(2)If the Commission alter or revoke any regulations, they must give notice to the Secretary of State without delay.
(3)Notice of an alteration must include details of the alteration.
