175U.K.In section 33 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (effect of orders etc. made in different parts of the United Kingdom), in subsection (5)(b), after “the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be inserted “ or sections 63 to 67 of and Schedules 6 and 7 to the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
