33 U.K. Paragraph 19 of Schedule 1ZB (annual report by PRA) applies in relation to the Bank, but—

(a) as if for paragraphs (a) to (f) of sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted—

“(a) the discharge of its functions relating to recognised clearing houses [F2 , [F3 third country central counterparties,] recognised CSDs [F4 , critical third parties] and [F5 third country CSDs]],

(b) the extent to which, in its opinion, in discharging those functions its financial stability objective has been met,”, and”

(b) as if sub-paragraph (3) were omitted.]
