23 U.K. In section 94 (disability of members of authorities for voting on account of interest in contracts, etc.), in subsection (5)(b) (receipts of certain allowances not to be treated as a pecuniary interest), the words “or paragraph 17 of Schedule 2 to the Police Act 1997” shall be omitted.
