Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) E+W

6 At the end of section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (voluntary winding-up) there shall be added—

“(4) This section has effect subject to section 43 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.”
