Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002

Amendments: general N.I.

4 The Lord Chancellor may [F1 , after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice,] by order amend paragraph 1(2), 2(2) or 3(2)—

(a) by adding any provision contained in any enactment or instrument passed or made before the coming into force of this Schedule, or

(b) by removing any provision.
