10 E+W In paragraph 9 (local inquiry), in sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) for “paragraph 8(5) or (6)” there is substituted “ paragraph 8 ”, and

(b) in paragraph (c), after “objections” (in both places) there is inserted “ or comments ”.
