SCHEDULE 21 E+W Minor and consequential amendments

105 E+W In section 71 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (exceptions and special arrangements etc.) in subsection (2)(a) for “section 352(1)(a) of the Education Act 1996” there is substituted “ section 80(1)(a) or 101(1)(a) of the Education Act 2002 ”.
