117 Procedure for making certain orders and regulationsE+W
Where [F1the Welsh Ministers propose] to make—
(a)an order under section 103(4), 105(6), 108(2)(a) or (b)(i) or (ii) or (3)(a) or (b), or
(b)regulations under section 112,
[F2the Welsh Ministers] shall make such arrangements for consultation about the proposals as [F3the Welsh Ministers consider] appropriate.
