Meaning of “the specified retirement age” U.K.

98 (1) In the SIP code, in relation to a SIP, “the specified retirement age” means the retirement age specified in the plan. U.K.

(2) The age so specified—

(a) must be the same for men and women, and

(b) must not be less than 50.
