7U.K.The amendments in paragraphs 1, 2, 3(2) and (3), 4(2)(a) and (4)(a) and 5(2), (3)(b) and (5) of this Schedule apply in relation to any notice under section 8 or, as the case may be, section 8A of the Taxes Management Act 1970 given in relation to the year 2003-04 or any subsequent year of assessment.
