Licensing Act 2003, Paragraph 13 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 06 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
13(1)This paragraph applies where an application for a review of a club premises certificate is decided under section 88.E+W
(2)An appeal may be made against that decision by—
(a)the applicant for the review,
(b)the club that holds or held the club premises certificate, or
(c)any other person who made relevant representations in relation to the application.
(3)In sub-paragraph (2) “relevant representations” has the meaning given in section 88(7).
