Communications Act 2003, Cross Heading: Conditions which may be attached to radio multiplex licences is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 02 March 2025. 113U.K.In section 54 of the 1996 Act (conditions which may be attached to a radio multiplex licence), for “the Authority”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.
