1(1)A public benefit corporation is to have a constitution.E+W
(2)As well as any provision authorised or required to be made by this Schedule, the constitution may make further provision (other than provision as to the powers of the corporation) consistent with this Schedule.
2E+WThe constitution is to name the corporation and, if the corporation is an NHS foundation trust, its name must include the words “NHS foundation trust”.
