Protection of Children Act 1999 (c. 14) E+W

14 E+W In section 2A of the Protection of Children Act 1999, in subsection (2), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) the Commission for Social Care Inspection;

(aa) the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection;”.
