There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Traffic Management Act 2004, Section 18.
(1)The appropriate national authority may publish guidance to [F1network management] authorities about the techniques of network management or any other matter relating to the performance of the duties imposed by sections 16 and 17.
(2)In performing those duties a [F1network management] authority shall have regard to any such guidance.
