Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 72 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 06 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
72(1)Amend section 37 (widowed mother’s allowance) as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (3), after “remarries” insert “ or forms a civil partnership ”.
(3)After subsection (4)(b) insert “or
(c)for any period during which she and a woman who is not her civil partner are living together as if they were civil partners.”
