129 (1) Amend section 8 (residence, contact and other orders with respect to children) as follows. U.K.

(2) After subsection (4)(b) insert—

“(ba) Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.

(3) After subsection (4)(e) insert—

“(ea) Schedule 6 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
