129(1)Amend section 8 (residence, contact and other orders with respect to children) as follows.U.K.
(2)After subsection (4)(b) insert—
“(ba)Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
(3)After subsection (4)(e) insert—
“(ea)Schedule 6 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
