10 U.K. In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc. subject to investigation)—

(a) omit “Customs and Excise.”,

(b) omit “Inland Revenue”, and

(c) at the appropriate place insert “ Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs ”.
