33(1)In section 80 of the 1993 Act (duty to provide information to the SRA on request), for “Authority”, wherever occurring, substitute “ Secretary of State, the Scottish Ministers or the Office of Rail Regulation ”.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (1) of that section—
(a)for “it”, in each place, substitute “ he, they or it ”; and
(b)for “of its functions” substitute “ functions of the Secretary of State, the Scottish Ministers or (as the case may be) that Office ”.
