8E+W+SIn section 6(1) of the Transport Act 1985 (local bus services), for the words from “with” onwards substitute “ entered into, where a railway service has been temporarily interrupted, with the Secretary of State, the Scottish Ministers or the National Assembly for Wales under section 40 of the Railways Act 2005 (substitution services provided for interrupted or discontinued railway services) ”.
