SCHEDULE 8 E+W+S Proposals to discontinue excluded London services

Objections etc. E+W+S

3 (1) Where a notice has been published under paragraph 2 objections about the proposal may be made to the London Transport Users' Committee— E+W+S

(a) by any user of a service to which the proposal relates; or

(b) by any person representing such users.

(2) Objections may only be made within the period specified in the notice.
