4E+WUntil their repeal by the Licensing Act 2003 (c. 17), the following provisions of the Licensing Act 1964 have effect as if for “one month” there were substituted “ three months ”
section 54 (search warrants relating to clubs),
section 85(1) (search warrants relating to parties organised for gain),
section 187(1) (search warrants relating to sale of alcohol).
