122 E+W The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 has effect subject to the following amendments.

Commencement Information

I1 Sch. 4 para. 122 in force at 1.4.2006 by S.I. 2006/378, art. 4(1), Sch. para. 10 (with art. 4(2)-(7))

123 E+W In section 20(1) (supply of information to Secretary of State) for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b) the Serious Organised Crime Agency;”.

124 (1) Section 21 (supply of information by Secretary of State) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1) for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b) the Serious Organised Crime Agency, for use for SOCA purposes;”.

(3) For subsections (4) and (5) substitute—

“(4) “SOCA purposes” means any of the functions of the Serious Organised Crime Agency mentioned in section 2, 3 or 5 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.”
