10E+WIn section 90(4) of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 (persons taken to be employed for the purposes of the Act)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (c) insert “ or ”; and
(b)for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)a member of a police force seconded to the Serious Organised Crime Agency to serve as a member of its staff.”
