SCHEDULE 4 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to SOCA

Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (c. 37) E+W

20 E+W In section 51A(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (application of Part 1 of the Act to the police) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) in relation to a member of a police force seconded to the Serious Organised Crime Agency to serve as a member of its staff, means that Agency, and”.
