Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, Paragraph 34 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
34(1)Section 76B (other police bodies) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)Omit subsection (1).
(3)In subsection (2) omit the word “also”.
(4)After subsection (2) insert—
“(2A)Constables serving with the Serious Organised Crime Agency do not constitute a body of constables for the purposes of subsection (2).”
