SCHEDULE 4 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to SOCA

Employment Rights Act 1996 (c. 18) E+W

85 E+W In section 43KA(2) (application of Part 4A of that Act to the police) for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b) in relation to a member of a police force seconded to the Serious Organised Crime Agency to serve as a member of its staff, that Agency; and”.
