447 (1) Amend section 288 (interpretation) as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) after the definition of “ITEPA 2003” insert—

““ITTOIA 2005” means the Income Tax (Trading and Other Income) Act 2005;”.

(3) After subsection (7) insert—

“(7A) In the application of this Act to Scotland “surrender” includes renunciation.”
