SCHEDULE 11 Minor and consequential amendments

Part 1 General

Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36)

153 (1) In Schedule 1 (public authorities), amend Part 6 as follows.

(2) Insert at the appropriate places—

“Commission for Rural Communities.”, and

“Natural England.”

(3) Omit the entries relating to—

(a) the Committee of Investigation for Great Britain,

(b) the consumers' committee for Great Britain appointed under section 19 of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958,

(c) the Countryside Agency, and

(d) English Nature.
