7 U.K. In the First Schedule to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of “public records”), in the following provisions, for “the Government of Wales Act 1998” substitute “ the Government of Wales Act 2006 ”

(a) paragraph 2(2)(e),

(b) paragraph 5,

(c) paragraph 6, and

(d) paragraph 7(1).
