SCHEDULE 11 U.K. Transitional provisions

Orders in Council amending Schedule 5 U.K.

50 (1) Section 95 has effect until the end of the initial period subject to the following modifications. U.K.

(2) In subsection (2), for the words after “exercisable by” substitute “the Assembly constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998”.

(3) In subsection (5)(a), after “Assembly” insert “ constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998 ”.

(4) Omit subsections (6) to (10).

51 U.K. Section 96 has effect until the end of the initial period with the substitution of “Assembly constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998” for “Counsel General”.
