[F1 23 U.K. The combination of—

(a) polls at elections or referendums that are outside the legislative competence of the [F2 Senedd] with polls at—

(i) elections of [F3 Members of the Senedd],

(ii) local government elections in Wales, or

(iii) referendums held under Part 2 of the Local Government Act 2000 (arrangements in respect of executives etc), and

(b) polls at ordinary general elections of [F3 Members of the Senedd ] with polls at ordinary local government elections in Wales.]
