30 In section 143 of SSFA 1998 (index)—

(a) in the entry beginning “promoters”—

(i) after “Part II” insert “in relation to Wales”, and

(ii) omit “or 28A(2)”, and

(b) omit the entry beginning “school organisation committee”.
