72Co-operation between NHS bodiesE+W
[F1(1)]It is the duty of NHS bodies to co-operate with each other in exercising their functions.
[F2(1A)The Secretary of State may publish guidance on the discharge of the duty under subsection (1) in relation to England.
(1B)An NHS body other than a Welsh NHS body must have regard to any guidance published under subsection (1A).]
[F3(2)For the purposes of this section, NICE is an NHS body.]

[F5(4)For the purposes of this section, Health Education England is an NHS body.]
[F6(5)In this section “Welsh NHS body” means—
(a)an NHS trust established under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006,

(c)a Local Health Board.]
