54 E+W In section 51A(2E) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (provisions which impose liability on others for unlawful conduct of constables but which do not apply to liability under Part 1 of the 1974 Act), after paragraph (f) there is inserted—

“(g) paragraph 20 of Schedule 1 to the Police and Justice Act 2006;”.
