Extradition Act 2003 (c. 41) U.K.

200 U.K. In section 3 of the Extradition Act 2003 (arrest under certified Part 1 warrant)—

(a) for subsections (3) and (4) substitute—

“(3) The warrant may be executed by a service policeman anywhere, but only if the person is subject to service law or is a civilian subject to service discipline.”;

(b) omit subsection (6).
