Prohibition on imposing imprisonment on persons under 18 U.K.

208 Prohibition on imposing imprisonment on persons under [F1 21] U.K.

A person who is aged under [F2 21] when convicted of an offence by the Court Martial or the Service Civilian Court shall not be sentenced to imprisonment for the offence.
