Railways Clauses Act 1863 (c. 92) E+W

11 E+W The Railways Clauses Act 1863 is amended as follows.

12 E+W In section 33 (recovery of money by distress) at the end insert— “In this section as it applies in England and Wales—

(a) for “levied by distress” substitute “ recovered using the procedure in Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (taking control of goods) ”;

(b) for “warrant of distress” substitute “ warrant of control ”.”

13 E+W In section 34 (several names in one warrant) at the end insert— “In this section as it applies in England and Wales for “warrant of distress” substitute

. ”
